Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, designs, AI-generated outputs, templates, and branding materials are owned by TKB Creatives, LLC d/b/a iCandi Designz.

Purchase grants a license to use — not ownership — unless explicitly transferred in writing.

License Overview

Standard License

Use for personal or your own business marketing.
No resale or redistribution.

Commercial License

Allows use on products for resale if purchased separately.

Premium Commercial License

Allows commercial use up to $250,000 in gross revenue.
Enterprise license required beyond that.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell digital files
• Share source files
• Upload to template marketplaces
• Use for AI training
• Reverse engineer systems

Payments

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Mississippi law.
