• All digital downloads are non-refundable.
• All sales are final.

 

Custom Design Services

• Payments are non-refundable once work begins.
• If an error is made by us, we will correct it.

 

Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving digital goods may result in:

• License revocation
• Account suspension
• Legal recovery efforts

 

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only at our sole discretion.
