• 5–14 business days for custom items

Processing times may vary during:

• Holidays
• High-volume periods
• Promotional sales
• Custom design projects

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

2. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

• Delivery is typically immediate after payment confirmation.
• No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Shipping location
• Package weight
• Carrier rates

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Weather
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Once a package is handed to the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

 

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Reshipping fees may apply

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

• Contact the carrier first
• File a claim directly with the carrier

We are not liable for packages confirmed delivered by the shipping provider.

If your physical item arrives damaged:

• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and determine appropriate resolution.
